This site and its waitlist and referral program are for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to spam, scrape, or abuse the referral system. That includes creating fake signups, using bots, or referring emails you do not control to inflate your referral count.
Limitation of liability
This site and the waitlist service are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LikeMinds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify waitlist members by email. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Termination
We may remove anyone from the waitlist or disqualify referral rewards obtained through abuse of the system, at our discretion.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
