What we collect

• Waitlist information: your name and email address when you sign up.
• Referral activity: your unique referral code, how many people join through your link, and a one-way hash of the IP address and browser user agent of visitors who click your link. We never store raw IP addresses or user agents, only irreversible hashes used to detect duplicate or abusive activity.
• Visitor analytics: if enabled, aggregate, privacy-compliant product analytics (page views, button clicks) collected via PostHog.

Why we collect it

We use this data to operate the waitlist (confirming your spot, sending you updates), track and reward referrals, prevent abuse of the referral system, and understand how people find and use this site so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. We share the minimum necessary data with the vendors who help us run this service:

• Supabase stores your waitlist and referral data in a hosted database.
• Resend delivers our transactional emails, such as your welcome email.
• PostHog provides privacy-compliant product analytics, when enabled.

How long we keep it

Waitlist data is kept until Athena launches or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. Hashed analytics data (referral clicks) is retained indefinitely in hashed form so we can understand long-term trends. It cannot be linked back to you, because raw IP and user agent data is never stored.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or opt out of non-essential emails, at any time by replying to any email from us or contacting us using the email address below. If you are in the UK, EU, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA, including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. We honor these requests for all users, regardless of location.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function, plus optional analytics cookies from PostHog (when enabled) and hosting infrastructure cookies from our host. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
